1. Who are you?
Founded in 2001, Angel Fire Equestrian Center, Inc. is a 501(c)(3)
not-for-profit organization. We work with underprivileged, at-risk youth;
in other words, we accept any child needing help, longing to learn about horses.
2. What is your mission?
Angel Fire Equestrian Center, Inc. contributes to the stimulation and development of students with
physical, mental, emotional, and social limitations through an educationally based program, utilizing
therapeutic horse care and riding.
3. Are you affiliated with any type of agency? Do you have corporate sponsors?
We are a NARHA (North American Riding for the Handicapped) Accredited Center. We have no
affiliation with any other type of agency and rely solely on the kindness of contributions from
individuals, grants, and an occasional gift from corporations. We do not have any sponsors.
4. Who are your clients?
Our primary clients are underprivileged, at-risk youth ages 4 to 18; however, we take anyone
interested in learning about horses. We service the youth of Logan, Oklahoma, and Payne counties.

5. Where are you located?
We are located in Coyle, Oklahoma, roughly 40 minutes from the Oklahoma City Metro, about 15
minutes east of Guthrie off Highway 33. Click here for directions.
6. When are your lessons?
Currently, our riding lessons are being held Saturday mornings from 9:00 am until 1:00 pm
(summer-fall) and 10:00 am to 1:00 pm (winter-spring). Non-riding lessons are available by
appointment.
7. How do I enroll my child? What ages do you accept?
You may enroll your child at any point during the year. We accept all youth ages 5-18. Just contact
us. You can view our Parent-Volunteer-Student Handbook for more information. Feel free to print it
and bring a signed copy of the agreement when enrolling your child.
8. How do I become a volunteer? How old do I have to be?
To become a volunteer: first, fill out this Volunteer Application Form. You can either fill it out online
and email it to us, or print it out bring it to Angel Fire. Either way, be sure to contact us.
9. How can I help?
There are several ways you can help Angel Fire out: donate, volunteer, use GoodSearch(be sure to
input Angel Fire Equestrian Center), eat at Johnnie's the 3rd Thursday of each month, spread the word,
